We want you to love your home sanctuary, which is why we offer a 100-night sleep trial on all our bedding and bath products. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 100 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging or a secure box and attach the prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
